Need to Return a product?

Satisfying our customers is a business philosophy that we respect, practice, and emphasize.

Should you need to return a product to GreyhoundMagnets.com, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our service department at service@greyhoundmagnets.com, or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Date of purchase
- Item purchased
- Nature of the problem

In general, GreyhoundMagnets.com accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within 30 days. However, GreyhoundMagnets.com reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. Returns within 30 days from purchase date can be for exchange, replacement refund or credit at the discretion of GreyhoundMagnets.com.
